  We always know that the Shangri-La hotels are synonymous with quality, especially the staff. Special thanks must go to Ms. Cindy Cheng from the front desk. Cindy went out of her way to help us book two museum visits, which proved to be the highlight of our trip. Wuhan is a beautiful city, so picturesque and full of culture. We definitely will return and sure stay again at the Shangri-La.

  Staff are all very friendly. We drink lots of water, they didnt show us weird face when we get 2 bottles of water from counter.
  
  We enjoy the gym facilities. Me enjoy so much for complementary YOGA session.

  The public transport system are so convenient near the hotel, you can get to almost anywhere from there.
